We chose joseph and spencer to carry out some building work for us and cant thank them enough. We are so happy with the end result. They helped us design our kitchen / playroom. They made 2 rooms into one as we wanted a bigger , more open plan area. Their standards are very high and completely met our expectations. Their attention to detail has completely transformed our downstairs and its beautiful. It only took 3 weeks which we didnt expect. Luke and lloyd always started early and worked hard throughout the day. I like to know whats happening and felt i could contact them at any point with questions. We have been delighted with the professionalism, quality and management of the project. The end result exceeded our expectations, reflecting ideas, suggestions and creative solutions that both Luke and Lloyd proposed. Excellent communication, coordination, planning and expectation management helped to provide clarity, coupled with ‘clear line of sight’ as to what would be happening when, the priorities and what to prepare for!. Lloyd and Luke did a single storey extension for us last year at the back of our 3 bed semi, as well as re-plastering our living walls and ceilings after we had knocked a wall through. They were really helpful and professional from start to finish and worked with us to help create our dream home within our budget. They went the extra mile by suggesting alternative cost-effective materials, and were very open and honest about costings from the start to help us stay within our budget. They immediately let us know of any problems that arose during the build and discussed options with us openly on how to proceed. At the time, I was on maternity leave and they were very considerate regarding noise etc. Great professional manner, always arrived on time! Generally really great people to work with – I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
